The Saudi-led Coalition launched a brutal airstrike over the home of a prominent Yemeni political figure on Sunday, killing the judge, his wife, son, daughter in-law, and their three children after Saudi jets fired rockets at their home in Sanaa.
Judge Yahya Rubayd was presiding over the criminal case of the exiled president ‘Abd Rubbah Mansour Hadi.
According to local sources, Judge Rubayd refused to join the exiled government in the Saudi capital of Riyadh; instead, he chose to remain loyal to the civilians of Sanaa who were protesting the regime.
